I try to have a change of air when my stamina is gone.
Being in a leader position, there are a lot of things that I arrange for my group.
In the case of making a decision, I am disappointed my skill to summarize the group opinion.
Although there is a way to think positively and optimistically, there is a limitation of my room in my mind.
When I am in such a situation, I understand myself that I am in bad temper.
For example, less sleep time and negative thinking are one of the sign that I need to refresh.
To maintain stamina, there is several things that I do.
It's similar to what Shackleton do to keep his stamina in terms of talk to friends.
Mental: Talk to friends.
Friends who listen to my voice is very important for my life.
Fortunately, I have several friends who I can outlet myself.
Especially, in terms of the problem of group, I try to talk with friend who are not involve in the group.
In that way, I can easily say about the problem without holding hesitation.
Also, they can advice me , seeing from an objective view.
I am really appreciate with my friend. We are helping each other!
Physical: Sleep
Sleep is very important.
Without having much time to sleep, I am in bad temper and cannot concentrate on whatever I do. Therefore, even assignment remains, I take preference of sleeping firstly.
For example, When I am so tired , I go to bed as soon as I come back home. Next morning, I will wake up earlier than usual to do assignment. If it is failed, I will do it in the train.
I hope I can have more ways to maintain stamina so that I can more enjoy daily life.

返信削除Sharing your troubles with a good friend (outside your group) and sleeping——are two great ways of dealing with difficulties.
I like that you say you sometimes go straight to bed. I can never do that and always stay up too late and the next day wish that I hadn't.

返信削除You said that making a decision with your members is quite difficult, and I agree with you.Especially here in ICU, almost every student has some opinion about everything so it is very hard to summarize their opinion and make the best decision.
And your way of refreshing is good. If it possible, I want to go to bed straightly when I have some problems. But actually I can't because I'm not good at getting up early...
